Undergoing several years research and develop, our Vacuum Magnetron Sputtering Techniques allow us to deposit heating elements, thickness less than 0.3μm, for warming, toasting, and other heating purposes, onto various insulating substrates, such as ceramic glass, ceramics, mica sheet, and PET film etc.

With its thermal efficiency rated above 90% while the energy saving exceeding 30~40%, this facial heating element can be applied up to 360 centigrade without any forced cooling. Unlike those traditional linear warm air elements of quartz, nichrome wire, or halogen lamp, it is free from heat and light loss, flaming danger, and oxygen lacking. Besides, being ultra-thin, the coefficient of residual temperature is close to ZERO.

Generating radiant heat in precise proportions, The heaters employing this newly developed thin-film heating element will entirely replace those warm air heaters of oil-filled, gas, or NiChrome wire, due to the facts of dangers of accidental fire and carbon monoxide poisoning, and rising cost of energy.
